Bangladesh include Mohammad Naim in Asia Cup squad

The Bangladesh Cricket Board drafted left handed opener Mohammad Naim in their 16-member squad for the Asia Cup, scheduled to be played in the UAE from September 27. Naim, who was part of the Bangladesh A side during the recent tour of the West Indies, will link uo with the team in Dubai on Tuesday. The 23-year-old southpaw has represented Bangladesh on 34 occasions in T20 internationals. Meanwhile, pacer Hasan Mahmud and wicketkeeper Nurul Hasan Sohan, who were originally picked in the squad, will both miss the Asia Cup through injury.
