KL Rahul pummels a six over square leg

Indian captain KL Rahul spent some useful time in the middle after recovering from groin injury and a bout of Covid-19, his knock consitiing of a six over square leg.

Zimbabwe captain Regis Chakabva said he was happy to bowl first after Rahul chose to have a crack first. Zimbabwe could draw heart from the fact that they had lifted the ODI series against Bangladesh by chasing down two big totals, although a series win is out of the question here as the visitors have gained an unassailable lead. Their changes for the inconsequential third ODI included Tony Munyonga replacing Wessly Madhevere after he scored only 29 runs in his five ODIs this month, and Richard Ngarava coming in for Tanaka Chivanga.
