Erwee puts down Pope, much to Rabada’s dismay

On the second morning, Sarel Erwee dropped England top-scorer Ollie Pope in the first over of the day. Erwee was batting on 13 not out by the end of the session, having made sure that South Africa go to Lunch at 27/0.

The man of the moment was Kagiso Rabada, who made it to the coveted Lord’s honours’ board with bowling figures of 5 for 52 and ensured that England were bundled out for a paltry 165 in 45 overs.
