The ball has been doing things in the air and off the pitch for Kagiso Rabada, so it’s no surprise that he has drawn forst blood for South Africa. He’s bowling over the wicket to left-handed Alex Lees who goes for an expansive drive and nicks one to the keeper. Rabada gets this one to hold its line after jagging deliveries across the southpaw. Lees had an escape earlier in the over when he edged the ball over the slip cordon but he has to depart shortly thereafter. England are 6/1.
