Watch Dinesh Karthik’s scintillating cameo in Trinidad

An all-round show helped India begin the five-match T20I series with a comprehensive 68-run win against West Indies at the Brian Lara Stadium in Trinidad on Friday. Rohit Sharma and Dinesh Karthik provided the star turns as India posted a formidable 190/6 after being asked to bat. Despite wickets falling around him, Rohit struck a 44-ball 64 to set a platform for India, before Karthik played his role of a designated finisher to perfection. He was on 14 off 10 at the end of the 18th over and he finished with an unbeaten 41 off 19, which included 4 fours and two sixes.
