England bowled out for the fifth time in succession

In dire straits at 62/4, England soon slipped to 72/5 in 15 overs with the dismissal of Moeen Ali, who pulled a short ball from Keshav Maharaj to backward square leg. Things went from bad to worse on the other side of the drinks break when skipper Jos Buttler was caught at short third off a googly from Tabraiz Shamsi. That’s when Sam Curran and Liam Livingstone joined hands for a quickfire 43-run stand for the seventh wicket. Adil Rashid’s run out in the last over saw England being bundled out for the fifth consecutive innings.
