Rishabh Pant, one of the primary architects of India’s ODI fourth series win over England, thanks to his unbeaten 125 – maiden ODI century – has moved up an incredible 25 places in the ICC ODI ranking. Indian pace spearhead Jasprit Bumrah, who claimed a career-best 6/19 in the series opener to rise to No. 1 spot, slipped behind Trent Boult to second place after missing the third fixture.
Pant’s magnificent unbeaten 125 off 113 balls has lifted him to the 52nd spot while Hardik Pandya has progressed from 50th to 42nd after his well-paced 55-ball 71.
