The very next ball, however, he holds on to a blinder moving swiftly to his left. Thakur redeemed himself shortly after having dropped a skier to let off the England captain on 18. Ben Stokes continued with his ultra-aggressive approach despite the lucky reprieves and has to depart for 25. Sam Billings joins half-centurion Jonny Bairstow at the crease.
