(Photo) Colin de Grandhomme spares New Zealand’s blushes

New Zealand have been shot out for 132 following the top-order implosion. If not for some handy runs from Colin de Grandhomme, Tim Southee and Trent Boult it would have looked even worse. De Grandhomme scored 42 to spare the visitors a few blushes as Mathew Potts and James Anderson picked four apiece. Potts, in particular, was mighty impressive as he bowled a non-stop 8-over spell to lunch during which he knocked over Daryl Mitchell and Tom Blundell having already accounted for Kane Williamson. England have good batting conditions in front of them to run away with the first Test match at London.
