Suryakumar Yadav has been ruled out of IPL 2022 after suffering a left forearm muscle injury during the clash against Gujarat Titans on May 6. Mumbai Indians are at the bottom of the table but Suryakumar has been one of the positives from the campaign with 303 runs from eight matches at an average of 43.29. Mumbai Indians put out an official statement on social media, stating that Yadav has been advised rest, in consultation with the BCCI medical team.
