(Video) Livingstone’s 117m monster six leaves everyone in awe

Mohammed Shami was brought in the 16th over by Hardik Pandya to make life more difficult for Punjab Kings, but Liam Livingstone had other plans. Livingstone cleared the front leg to swing for the fences first ball and muscled it sky high over deep square leg for a six. It travelled 117 metres, the biggest hit of this season, and it almost seemed to have cleared the roof.

Livingstone has 23 sixes so far in the tournament, only behind Jos Buttler’s 36. He has also hit 21 fours to rubber-stamp his reputation as one of the most ferocious strikers of the ball.
