Shubman Gill has continued to play with a sense of adventure. The crown jewel of his boundaries so far came in the 8th over when he hooked Odean Smith over deep midwicket for a six. Smith could have taken the crucial scalp of Gill but he dropped a catch off his own bowling. On the other hand, Sai Sudarshan has showcased calypso style of batting and has also made sure Gill is given the strike regularly. PBKS desperately need a wicket to claw their way back into the contest.
