On Wednesday night, Pat Cummins played a crackerjack of an innings as he hit the joint-fastest fifty in IPL history -14 balls. Daniel Sams, as a result, picked up an unwanted record. Cummins subjected Sams to a leather hunt as he kicked off the over by smashing him straight down the ground followed by a boundary towards deep square. The Aussie Test captain went for the jugular and peeled off back-to-back sixes. Cummins hammered another boundary and then finished off the over and the match in grand style with a maximum.
