Australia faced the predicament of picking a playing 11 out of an available squad of 13 players for the ODI series against Pakistan after Ashton Agar returned a positive result on his latest Covid test. Agar’s result, hours before the start of the series-opening ODI in Lahore, comes close on the heels of Josh Inglis’ Covid positive report. The pair will now isolate and will not be partaking in the second and third games of the ODI series, which are scheduled to be played in Lahore on March 31 and April 2 respectively.
