Washington Sundar has been ruled out of the Twenty20 series against West Indies. The Chennai-based all-rounder, who staged an international comeback in the recently-concluded ODI series against West Indies after a lengthy spell on the sidelines, will require a few weeks to nurse the injury, it is learned by Cricbuzz. A Tamil Nadu Cricket Association official told the publication that it is a Grade 1 hamstring injury and Sundar will have to report at the NCA on Tuesday, February 15. He will apparently need to spend three weeks at the NCA.
