South Africa’s batter Janneman Malan reserved special praise for his opening partner Quinton de Kock after South Africa’s series-sealing 2nd ODI win against India at Boland Park on Friday. Quinton de Kock (78) and Janneman Malan (91) led the charge with the bat as South Africa defeated India by seven wickets to gain an unassailable 2-0 lead in the three-match rubber. The credit for setting up the chase largely went to the swashbuckling southpaw, who stitched a 132-run opening stand with Malan.
The partnership of Quinton de Kock and Janneman Malan was a joy to watch during the 2nd Betway ODI 🇿🇦💚
