From 68/0 to 124 all-out, England collapsed in spectacular fashion after putting on their best opening stand of the series. The last hour especially featured pathetic batting as the lower order batters threw their towels in. England managed to salvage some pride in Sydney with that classic draw, but they will come under the scanner yet again for the way they went about their business with the bat today. Hopes were high when Rory Burns and Zac Crawley attacked the Aussies and raced off to 68/0, but it was an incredible freefall from there onwards.
