(Video) Burns is run out, the last thing England wanted

It was easily the worst way for an opener to go. The returning Rory Burns survived the first over from Mitchell Starc, even an edge that Australia didn’t appeal for. But he shockingly got himself run out in the next over after Zac Crawley called him through for a single. There was a run there but Burns was slow to respond and was caught short by a direct hit from Marnus Labuschagne. England got off to a dreadful start, losing their first wicket for 2 runs. This was the eighth duck in the last 22 innings for the struggling opener.
