Scott Boland has bagged his maiden Test scalp by sending Mark Wood packing. He pitched one up and got it to slant in to rap the batter on his pads. Wood went for the review but to no avail as the ball was crashing into the sticks. It was a big moment for the 32-year old, who was drafted in as only a cover, but got the Baggy Green and has his moment to savour now. Australia are just three wickets away from wrapping up England’s first innings and have tightened their grasp on the Boxing Day Test.
