Bangladesh Cricket Board have appointed former national head coach Jamie Siddons as their batting consultant for a span of two years. As per Cricbuzz, BCB president Nazmul Hassan confirmed that the Australian will work in a different capacity with local cricketers. Bangladesh earlier sacked coach Siddons, just days after the national team failed to make it to the quarter-finals of the World Cup. Meanwhile, BCB president Nazmul Hasan put paid to all speculations by appointing Jalal Yunus as the Cricket Operations Chairman.
