The Bellerive Oval, also known as Blundstone Arena, in Hobart has been confirmed to host the fifth and final Test of the ongoing Ashes series. The series finale will be the second pink-ball game of the series with Adelaide being the venue for the traditional Day-Night game for the second Test. It would mark the first time that the state of Tasmania would play host to a men’s Ashes Test. The change was necessitated after Western Australia’s border restrictions ruled out the Optus Stadium in Perth from conducting the final Test.
