Afghanistan posted the highest score of the ongoing edition of the T20 World Cup as they racked up 190/4 against Scotland, with Najibullah Zadran providing the final flourish with a rollicking half-century. They were aided a great deal by some poor bowling from Scotland, especially at the fag end of the innings. Too many looseners were doled out as they splurged 54 runs off the final four overs. Afghanistan have posted a sizeable number on the board that will take a herculean effort to be chased down.
