(Photo) Charith Asalanka passes fifty as Bangladesh drop the ball

After losing a flurry of wickets and seemingly staring down the barrel of defeat, Sri Lanka re-gained the momentum in their Super 12 T20 World Cup fixture against Bangladesh on Sunday. Shakib Al Hasan seemed to have turned the tide for the Tigers after taking two quick wickets and leaving them 79/4, but Charith Asalanka was determined not to lie down, reaching 65 not out off 40 balls at the end of the sixteenth over. It left Sri Lanka needing 29 off 26 balls for what had seemed an unlikely victory.
