Dom Sibley has pulled out of the England Lions squad that is set to tour Australia later this year. The England opener, who was overlooked for the Ashes, wants to spend the winter fine-tuning his batting in order to regain his spot in the national side. Sibley was dropped from the XI during the India series at home recently due to a form dip and was also ignored for the Ashes. The 26-year-old averages only 19.77 in Tests this year and also missed out on a central contract.
Sibley has made the decision not to tour Australia with the England Lions.
