Jos Buttler took upon the repair job after England lost Jason Roy to the first ball of the match in the T20 World Cup warm-up tie against New Zealand. Buttler ended up hitting a classy 73 off 51, helping England post an above-par 164. The Kiwis were going strong at 59/1 after the Powerplay, but three wickets in four overs left them teetering at 87/4. Adil Rashid struck twice in two balls to remove Mark Chapman and Mitchell Santner while Mark Wood ran through the lower order as New Zealand fell 13 shy of the target.
