Sunil Narine produced a quite superb performance with the ball to wrestle back the momentum for the Kolkata Knight Riders and restrict the Royal Challengers Bangalore to just 138/7 from their twenty overs, having won the toss and chosen to bat. RCB started fairly well, with Devdutt Padikkal and Virat Kohli both looking good, but Narine came into the game and showed why his stats in the T20 arena rival anyone’s to have graced the game.
