Ben Stokes has been spending some time away from the game of cricket to take care of his mental wellbeing and nurse a break to his finger that he suffered back in April, but physically looks to be on the mend. He posted a photo on his social media of himself holding a cricket bat for the very first time since that break, almost six months ago. The star all-rounder was not included in England’s Ashes squad on Sunday, but it is at least good to see his excitement at being able to grip the blade once again.
