Shreyas Iyer produced two moments of brilliance in the field for the Delhi Capitals to shift the momentum in their IPL final qualifier against the Chennai Super Kings on Sunday. CSK were looking very much like the favourites, with Robin Uthappa smashing 63 off 44 balls before Iyer caught him on the long off fence, showing excellent self-awareness and lobbing the ball back into play before falling over the boundary. Iyer then ran out Ambati Rayudu with a superb throw that Kagiso Rabada managed to knock off the bails with.
🧊ICE COOL!🧊
Iyer keeps his nerve to take an eye-catching boundary catch and dismiss Uthappa for 63👏#CSK are 113-2, still needing 60 from 39 balls – is it too late for #DC?#IPL2021
