Ishan Kishan was allowing Mumbai fans to dream in the IPL on Friday, as he hit 50 off 16 balls with his side needing to win by a near impossible 171 runs in order to catapult themselves into a play-off position. They needed to win the toss and bat first, which they did, and pile on the runs in order to give themselves any sort of a chance. Having struggled for some form so far in the competition’s resumption, Kishan went out with a license to tee off, and kept doing so after bringing up his fifty – by the eigth over he had reached 83 off just 30 balls.
