Jhulan Goswami brought her experience and expertise to the fore as she helped India draw first blood in the one-off pink-ball Test against Australia. Opener Alyssa Healy was bamboozled by the sharp inward movement of the ball as Goswami castled her all ends up. She didn’t do herself any favours either by losing her shape early and trying to whip it across to leg instead of negating the swing with a straight bat. India made further inroads on day three, leaving Australia in a tight spot at 143-4 with Ellyse Perry and Ashleigh Gardner at the crease.
It was the start Australia didn’t want!
