Having defeated Mumbai Indians in a low-scoring affair at Sharjah, Delhi Capitals have secured a place in the playoffs of IPL 2021. Shreyas Iyer was extremely composed in the middle right through and allowed the likes of Shimron Hetmyer, Axar Patel and R Ashwin to see Delhi home in what turned out to be a rollercoaster of a chase. It was a game of margins and Shreyas Iyer’s troops completed the double over the defending champions.
