England Women skipper Heather Knight was effusive in her praise for Katherine Brunt, reckoning that the seamer brings loads of value to the team. She added that Brunt’s workload will be carefully managed ahead of next year’s Ashes and 50-over World Cup defence. In the third ODI against New Zealand, Brunt top-scored with an unbeaten 36 before claiming four wickets to give the White Ferns a bit of headache in what was otherwise a relatively straightforward chase.
