Chris Woakes is making sure he does complete reputation to his stature as an international pro in the County Championship. A peach unfurled from his hands landed on the middle peg and straightened just a fraction to knock the top of the off-stump. The batsman couldn’t do much save for blaming his luck as he copped an absolute crackerjack of an away-seamer. Woakes drew first blood for Warwickshire as Somerset lost their opener Ben Green cheaply.
