Roston Chase lit up the final of the Caribbean Premier League on Wednesday, but his exploits with both bat and ball were not enough as his St Lucia Kings were beaten by the St Kitts and Nevis Patriots. Chase hit 43 off 40 balls as the Kings set a competitive 160 to win, and took 1-17 off three overs in their attempted defence. It was all ultimately in vain, however, as the Patriots chased down the total on the final ball of the match to win by three wickets. They largely had Dominic Drakes, who struck 48 not out off just 24 deliveries, to thank.
