(Video) Warwickshire remain in the hunt as Chris Woakes sinks Yorkshire

Chris Woakes made a triumphant return to the Warwickshire side after the fifth Test’s cancellation, bowling the visitors to victory over Yorkshire to keep his county’s title hopes alive. The hosts saw their own bid for top spot brought to a halt, as they were bowled out for 117 in their second innings to lose by 106 runs. In this low-scoring affair, that made for quite a heavy loss, following their first-dig total of 108 and considering Warwickshire’s scores of 155 and 176. In the final innings, Woakes took 3-26, having taken 3-40 during the hosts’ first effort. His exploits were helped behind the stumps as former England player Tim Bresnan took six catches in the innings.
