Earlier in June this year when India travelled to the UK, England opener Tammy Beaumont cemented her status as the erstwhile numero uno in Women ODI batting rankings. Hitting an unbeaten 87 – her fourth consecutive half-century in the format – Beaumont drove England to an emphatic eight-wicket win in the series opener against India. Nat Sciver played second fiddle to perfection as the pair added 119 runs in just 116 balls for the third wicket, unfurling serene drives and measured sweeps in a dominant display at Bristol.
Back to Bristol!@Tammy_Beaumont and @natsciver were in fine form back in June in our eight-wicket win over India 💪
