Tom Abell produced a stunning catch to dismiss Jack Blatherwick on the second morning of Somerset’s Division One County Championship clash with Lancashire at Taunton. The home skipper sprung to his right to just about hold on to a thick edge, the ball shifting in between the hands of the home skipper. Somerset eventually bowled Lancashire out for 373, taking the two wickets required in order to begin their reply. That began in stuttering fashion, though, as Ben Green was bowled second ball by an outswinging beauty from Tom Bailey.
