Ghulam Fatima produced her own candidate for the “ball of the century”, ripping a leg spinner from near the edge of the strip into middle and off stump in the Pakistan Women’s One Day Cup on Saturday. Playing for the Dynamites, Fatima’s delivery came largely out of nowhere with the Challengers going well in their first innings total. The wicket itself was a key one, dismissing the opener Fareeha Mahmood who looked well set on 43 off 69 deliveries. The Challengers finished with 253/4 off their 50 overs and the Dynamites began serenely in their chase, ending the 16th over at 76/0.
