New Zealand skipper Tom Latham compiled a half-century against Bangladesh in the 2nd T20I at Shere Bangla National Stadium in Dhaka. The captain struck five fours and a six on his way to a fifty while maintaining a healthy strike rate of 133. Although wickets kept tumbling around him at regular intervals, Latham’s proactivity kept the Blackcaps in the hunt while chasing Bangladesh’s 141, built on the back of fluent thirties from their opening duo.
50 runs for Tom Latham! What a knock from the skipper!
