KL Rahul began the Test series against England with a bang, raking up a tenacious 86 in the series opener before filing an Honours Board nomination at Lord’s. The elegant right-hander, although, has not been able to extend his vein of form. He was beaten by the on-song Ollie Robinson’s inducker, trapped in front for 17 as India lost three wickets cheaply in the first hour of play on day one of the fourth Test at The Oval.
